Adore Prima

Adore Prima is a group housing project by the Adore Group in Village Mirtazapur, Sector 73, Faridabad, at the edge of the Neharpar and Ballabhgarh belts. The Haryana RERA portal lists Adore Prima-II, promoted by Adore Homes LLP, as HRERA-PKL-FBD-766-2025 with approval on 1 October 2025. Housing.com shows the project with a different registration, HRERA-PKL-FBD-652-2025, which may belong to the first phase, and lists ten buildings with 638 units and possession in January 2029. Houssed gives about 600 units on 4.5 acres, carpet areas of 1,200 to 1,800 sq ft and an asking range of Rs 95 lakh to Rs 1.5 crore for 2 and 4 BHK homes, though it also labels the project ready to move, which conflicts with the 2025 registration. Because the portals disagree, buyers should confirm which phase and registration their unit sits in, and check the carpet area and completion date in the RERA certificate.
