Advitya Homes-2

Advitya Homes-2 is the second phase of Advitya Residency LLP's affordable housing in Village Sikri, Sector 143, Faridabad. The Haryana RERA portal records registration HRERA-PKL-FBD-883-2026 with approval dated 9 April 2026. A Square Yards news note says the phase is being developed under the Haryana Affordable Housing Policy with 412 two-bedroom flats and gave a proposed allotment draw date of 1 June 2026; we could not confirm whether the draw took place. Under this policy the government fixes the maximum rate per square foot of carpet area, and applicants pay a booking amount before the draw, followed by instalments. The first phase, Advitya Homes, is registered separately as HRERA-PKL-FBD-223-2020, and listing sites sometimes mix the two. Price, carpet sizes and the completion date of the new phase were not visible to us. Applicants should check the draw results and the allotment terms with the developer and on the RERA portal.
