Listing portals describe compact 1 BHK and 3 BHK flats with carpet areas of about 310 to 650 sq ft, which is the size band typical of projects under the Haryana Affordable Housing Policy, although we did not find an official document confirming that this project is licensed under that policy. Portals show a possession target of May 2028. Sector 86 already has several completed Adore Happy Homes projects, so the location has established access roads, schools and shops nearby. Because affordable-policy projects have regulated prices and allotment by draw, buyers should check with the developer and DTCP whether this project falls under the policy, and how allotment works.
