Adore Samriddhi

Adore Samriddhi is an affordable-format group housing project in Villages Riwazpur and Tikawali, Sector 89, Greater Faridabad, registered with Haryana RERA by Alesia Buildtech Private Limited and sold under the Adore brand. Its registration is HRERA-PKL-FBD-68-2018; a November 2018 hearing approved it for the certificate, and the portal later shows an extension applied for. Listing portals describe about 838 flats in three towers on roughly 6.3 acres, with 2 and 3 BHK units of about 570 to 650 sq ft carpet area, and list the project as ready to move; rental listings also exist, which suggests families are living there. The unit sizes fit the Haryana Affordable Housing Policy format, but we did not see an official licence document. Sector 89 is at the southern tip of the Neharpar belt near Puri Amanvilas and TDI's Retreat projects. Buyers should ask for the occupation certificate and check the result of the extension application on HRERA.
