AMB Selfie Street

AMB Selfie Street is a retail and leisure complex by AMB Infraventures in village Mewka, Sector 92, New Gurgaon. It was registered with the Haryana regulator in August 2017 as registration 80 of 2017 on 3.175 acres; the developer's own page mentions a 3.75-acre project.

The design borrows Spanish street architecture and arranges uses by floor: high-street shops and anchor stores on the ground, first and second floors, a food court and entertainment zone on the third, and a six-screen multiplex on the fourth and fifth floors, with two levels of parking. The developer pitches it as a neighbourhood bazaar for the many housing societies of Sectors 90 to 95, linked by sector roads to NH-48, the KMP Expressway and the Dwarka Expressway corridor.

AMB lists Selfie Street among its delivered projects, although the same page still labels its photo gallery as construction updates and links a price list dated November 2023. Investors should confirm the occupation certificate, whether the multiplex and anchor tenants are operating, and the maintenance and lease terms before buying a shop.
