Ambience Mall Gurugram

Ambience Mall Gurugram is the large shopping mall developed by the Ambience Group on NH-48 at the Delhi-Gurugram border, within the Ambience Island township that also contains the group's Lagoon and Caitriona residences. It opened in October 2007 and remains one of the biggest malls in North India. Most sources put its retail area at about 1.8 million sq ft, with a total built-up area of around 2.1 million sq ft, and it houses a few hundred stores along with a multiplex, food court, restaurants and entertainment zones. Parking capacity is reported at between 2,500 and 4,000 vehicles depending on the source. Because the mall sits next to Cyber City and the Delhi border, it draws shoppers from both South-West Delhi and Gurugram. Store space is leased by the developer rather than sold in small units. For homebuyers, the mall is a key lifestyle anchor for Ambience Island, DLF Phase 2 and 3 and the NH-48 corridor.
