Anant Raj The Estate Residences

The Estate Residences is a luxury high-rise project by Anant Raj Limited inside its 180-acre Anant Raj Estate township in Sector 63A, Gurugram. The developer announced RERA registration in February 2024 for 248 condominium homes spread over about 5.43 acres, in towers rising beyond 30 floors. Every home is a 4 BHK, with sizes stated at roughly 3,700 to 4,800 sq ft, and Anant Raj put the revenue potential at around Rs 1,800 crore at launch. This is a separate project from the plotted Anant Raj Estate, the low-rise Estate Floors and the newer Estate One tower registered in 2026, all of which share the same township. Being inside a gated township means residents get internal roads, landscaping and shared services that are already partly in use by plot and floor owners. A broker listing gives November 2028 as the expected possession, which is the only date found and should be checked against the RERA certificate. Buyers should also confirm the tower-wise construction progress, since this phase is now more than two years into its build.
