Bestech City 2

Bestech City 2 is the larger of Bestech's two affordable plotted colonies in Sector 89A, New Gurgaon, developed under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana. The HRERA registration certificate, registration 74 of 2023, covers about 39.4 acres with 661 residential plots and three commercial blocks, and the underlying licence is valid until 7 October 2026. Bestech India Pvt Ltd acts as collaborator with the licence-holding landowner companies. Because DDJAY plots are small and permit low-rise independent floors, the colony will add a large number of floor-type homes to the Harsaru belt over the coming years. Listing sites mostly blend City 1 and City 2 into one 'Bestech City' page, so prices and plot sizes quoted online cannot be tied to this phase with confidence. One news report even reverses the acreage of the two colonies; the RERA certificates are the reliable reference. Buyers should ask for the approved layout, plot dimensions, development status and any completion certificate before buying a plot here.
