BPTP 102 Eden Estate III

BPTP 102 Eden Estate III is a gated residential plot development inside BPTP's Amstoria township in Sector 102, on the Dwarka Expressway. BPTP launched it in May 2025 immediately after receiving Haryana RERA registration 43 of 2025, dated 1 May 2025. The phase offers 126 plots, with the smallest plots at about 197 square yards (165 square metres), and BPTP announced a starting price of about Rs 5.4 crore. Plots in Amstoria have long been sought after because buyers can build their own homes inside a managed township with wide roads, parks and security, a format that is scarce on the expressway where most supply is high-rise. Residents get access to the township's Amstoria Sanctuary clubhouse, which BPTP describes as a two-acre facility with a resort-style pool, fitness centre, restaurant and indoor games. Eden Estate III follows two earlier Eden Estate phases in the same township, which are now settled neighbourhoods. Possession of the developed plots has not been stated by BPTP, so buyers should check the RERA completion date and the development works schedule before booking.
