Landmark Skyvue

Landmark Skyvue is a high-rise housing project by the Gurugram-based Landmark Group in Sector 103, next to the Dwarka Expressway. The promoter company is Landmark Apartments Pvt. Ltd. The wider licensed site is about 11 acres and is planned in phases; the phase now on sale, Phase II, covers about 3.9 acres with two towers and roughly 240 apartments. Launch coverage from August 2025 described the homes as 3 BHK plus utility and 4.5 BHK plus utility units, with a launch rate of about Rs 17,500 per sq ft and ticket sizes of roughly Rs 5 crore to Rs 6.8 crore. Listing portals put the two layouts at about 2,920 and 3,930 sq ft, although another portal gives smaller built-up figures, so the exact areas should be checked against the developer's price list. Phase II is registered with Haryana RERA under number GGM/970/702/2025/73, dated 11 July 2025. The declared completion date reported for this phase is March 2031, while one listing shows December 2030. Buyers should also ask about the renewal of the underlying 2011 DTCP licence, which was shown as valid to April 2026.
