BPTP Amstoria Verti Greens

BPTP Amstoria Verti Greens is a high-rise addition to BPTP's Amstoria township in Sector 102, a gated low-density enclave on the Dwarka Expressway that is otherwise known for plots, independent floors and villas. The new phase brings apartments into that setting, and BPTP markets it around the theme of Lutyens-style greenery reimagined on the expressway. Haryana RERA registered it in February 2025 as registration 13 of 2025, covering about 9.43 acres of a 12.05-acre licensed parcel; the licence was originally granted to Countrywide Promoters, which has since merged into BPTP Ltd, and building plans were approved in January 2025. BPTP's own pages still label it a new launch, with quoted starting prices of a little over Rs 3 crore, though the exact figure differs between pages. Third-party listings indicate possession around 2031 to 2032. Buyers are drawn by the established Amstoria neighbourhood, wide internal roads and proximity to the airport side of Delhi. Configurations and tower counts should be taken from the RERA certificate and BPTP's price list, as portals do not agree on them.
