BPTP District 5

BPTP District 5 (Block B) is an affordable plotted colony under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY) in Sector 84, Greater Faridabad, on about 11.18 acres in Village Kheri Kalan. It is registered with Haryana RERA as HRERA-PKL-FBD-152-2019 dated 16 September 2019, with Designer Realtors Private Limited, a BPTP group company, as promoter. The same registration appears in HRERA's search tables under the name BPTP Nest 84B, which is the original filing name. A chartered accountant's certificate for the year to March 2020 shows the project had collected about Rs 12.25 crore from buyers by then. Listing portals now show District 5 as ready to move, with resale plots of about 970 to 1,490 sq ft. DDJAY colonies were meant to supply smaller, more affordable plots with permission for multiple floors; Haryana suspended new DDJAY licences in the Faridabad and Gurugram districts in 2023, so existing colonies like this one are part of a finite stock. Buyers should ask for the completion certificate and the approved zoning plan for the plot.
