BPTP District 6

Listings describe a site of about 6.3 acres with 168 residential plots, and BPTP's own plot guide gives plot sizes in Faridabad of roughly 1,070 to 1,614 sq ft (about 119 to 179 sq yd). Two portals show a possession target of August 2026; by late 2026 buyers should ask whether the completion certificate has been applied for or granted. As with other District colonies, buyers can typically build independent floors on the plot under the approved zoning. The Sector 84 District cluster sits between the Neharpar main road and the Kheri Kalan village area, close to the Adore and Puri projects in the same sector.
