BPTP Eden Estate

BPTP Eden Estate is a plotted residential colony in Sector 81, Greater Faridabad, developed by Countrywide Promoters Private Limited, a BPTP group company. Haryana RERA lists the Phase I plots in Sector 81 under registration HRERA-PKL-FBD-76-2018, with the registration certificate issued on 14 December 2018, and a related filing for Eden Estate Phase I plots records licence and layout approval dated 19 August 2019.
