BPTP Nest 86A

BPTP Nest 86A is a plotted colony at Village Budena, Sector 86, Greater Faridabad, developed by Ridgecraft Homes Private Limited, a BPTP group company. It is registered with Haryana RERA as HRERA-PKL-FBD-150-2019 (project id RERA-PKL-674-2019), with the certificate approved on 17 September 2019. The filing lists 139 plots. A quarterly report filed with HRERA shows a total estimated cost of about Rs 39 crore, a revised layout plan approved in October 2022 and zoning and demarcation plans approved in February 2023, while the service plan was applied for but not yet approved at that time, so development continued after 2023. A CA certificate on the portal refers to a BPTP District-2 project on about 7.45 acres in Sector 86, which may be the same land under BPTP's later District branding. Sector 86 has Adore's Happy Homes projects, Omaxe Heights and Summer Palms nearby, and good links to the Bypass Road. Ask BPTP whether the completion certificate has been issued before planning construction.
