BPTP Wa Vana

BPTP Wa Vana is a gated plotted precinct launched by BPTP in August 2026 inside its integrated township in Sector 80, Greater Faridabad, the same township as the SkyNest Towers. It is registered with Haryana RERA as HRERA-PKL-FBD-939-2026, with Logical Builders Private Limited, a BPTP group entity, as promoter. BPTP describes a wellness-themed, multi-generation community inspired by the Japanese idea of ikigai, built around a roughly one-acre Japanese-style forest with a forest-bathing trail, zen gardens, bamboo groves, meditation and yoga decks, an amphitheatre and children's sensory play areas. A listing portal describes about 180 plots on about 14.95 acres, with plot sizes of about 539 to 2,520 sq ft and possession starting June 2032; prices are on request. Sector 80 sits on the Neharpar side close to BPTP Park Arena, Discovery Park and the Bypass Road, with links towards the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway spur. As a fresh launch, buyers should read the approved layout and the RERA completion date before booking.
