The promoter applied for registration in March 2025, and HRERA Gurugram registered it as GGM/953/685/2025/56. The hearing brief describes it as a new commercial project with an occupancy target of 30 September 2032, a long horizon that buyers should factor in. Filed plans include a site plan, landscape plan, service plans, upper-floor plans up to the fourth floor, elevation and section. No official prices or unit sizes were found, and a Square Yards listing that calls a '4 BHK builder floor' in Shishta City Centre 92 ready to move appears to be wrong or about a different property. Sector 92 already has several retail projects, including ROF Galleria, Bestech's market and AMB Selfie Street, so competition for tenants will be real.
