DDA Vasant Kunj Sector E-1 MIG LIG Housing

DDA has two registered housing projects in Sector E-1 of Vasant Kunj, near Mahipalpur on the Mehrauli-Mahipalpur Road. The first, Delhi RERA DLRERA2022P0025, covers 362 multi-storey and four-storey houses, 268 MIG and 94 LIG, with basements, tube wells, internal and external development and electrification; the record says work was completed on 17 December 2018. The second, DLRERA2022P0026, covers 223 houses, 154 MIG and 69 LIG, of the same type, with work recorded as completed in September 2013. Both records list the same site area of about 81,500 sq m, which suggests they share one campus, and both state that possession would be given within one to three years of completion. Together they add 585 homes to DDA's stock in Vasant Kunj. We did not find a recent sale list naming these pockets, so prices are not given. The location is attractive for people working near the airport, Aerocity or Gurugram, but aircraft noise and water supply are worth checking. Resale buyers should confirm the conveyance deed and any pending DDA dues.
