DDA Vasant Kunj Sultangarhi Housing

DDA's housing near Sultangarhi Tomb on the Mehrauli-Mahipalpur Road in Vasant Kunj is a project of 852 HIG, MIG and LIG houses split into four clusters. Three clusters are registered with Delhi RERA. Cluster 1 (DLRERA2022P0024) has 207 HIG houses, Cluster 4 (DLRERA2022P0023) has 209 HIG houses, and both were finished as balance work at the risk and cost of the earlier contractor, Larsen and Toubro. Cluster 3 (DLRERA2022P0022) has 157 MIG and 56 LIG houses. The records show parking in each cluster and say the flats were ready for handover, with end dates between September 2019 and January 2021. The project started around 2010, so it took about a decade to complete. Vasant Kunj flats from DDA have been offered in later schemes too; the Premium Housing Scheme 2025 listed HIG flats in Vasant Kunj along with Jasola and Dwarka, though the circulars we saw do not name the cluster. Because these were built over a long period, buyers should check build quality, seepage and lift condition, and confirm the conveyance deed and RWA status before a resale purchase.
