DLF Club Arcade

DLF Club Arcade is a high-street retail building by DLF in its Gardencity plotted township in Sector 91, New Gurgaon. It was earlier promoted under the name DLF Galleria 2. HRERA Gurugram registered it as GGM/806/538/2024/33 on 1 April 2024 as a distinct commercial component of a residential plotted colony, on about 0.89 acre carved out of a licensed area of nearly 180 acres. The REP-II form gives a completion date of 31 March 2028. DLF's microsite describes two basements and three floors with about 72 shops ranging from very small kiosks of around 78 sq ft to large units of about 2,500 sq ft, though an earlier listing quoted 70 units, so counts vary. Third-party listings put shop prices from about Rs 2.4 crore to Rs 17.6 crore. Its main market is the families moving into DLF's Gardencity floors and the Garden City Enclave, so footfall should build as the township fills up.
