DLF Gardencity Arcade is a retail building by DLF Utilities Ltd on the Commercial-2 site of the DLF Gardencity township in Sector 92, New Gurgaon. HRERA Gurugram registered it as GGM/537/269/2022/12, dated 21 February 2022, with one building and 99 units on a site of about 1.42 acres. The registration was valid until 29 April 2025. A RERA mirror notes that an occupation certificate and corrigendum have been uploaded to the HRERA record, which suggests the building has been completed, although that review did not confirm handover of every unit. Filed drawings include building plans, a basement and parking plan and the demarcation of the site. This is the first operational-stage retail building in DLF's Gardencity, ahead of the newer Club Arcade in Sector 91. Shop owners will depend on the growth of the surrounding independent floors and plotted homes for footfall, so leasing may take time. Prices were not found in public sources.
