DT Mega Mall

DT Mega Mall, also known as DLF Mega Mall, is a shopping and cinema centre at Bristol Chowk where Golf Course Road begins, in A Block of DLF Phase 1. Directory listings give the postal address as Sector 28, Gurugram, so both names for the locality are correct: DLF Phase 1 is the colony and Sector 28 the sector. Wikipedia's list of Indian malls records it as opening in 2003 with about 2.9 lakh sq ft of gross leasable area, making it one of the older malls in the city. The DT prefix comes from DT Cinemas, the multiplex that anchors the building, and a broker listing names DLF as the developer, which fits the mall's alternate name. The rest of the space holds shops, restaurants and a food court, with parking below ground. It sits a short walk from the Sikanderpur metro interchange and the Phase 1 Rapid Metro stop, so it works mainly as a neighbourhood mall for DLF Phase 1, Sushant Lok and nearby offices. Retail units of various sizes are offered for sale and lease through brokers, typically priced by floor and frontage. As an older pre-RERA building, any shop purchase should be checked for title, the occupation certificate, maintenance dues and the current tenant's lease.
