About Eldeco Amaya
Eldeco Amaya is a residential plotted colony by Eldeco Green Park Infrastructure Limited, part of the Eldeco Group, in the revenue estate of Village Rathdhana, Sector 33, Sonipat. HRERA Panchkula approved the residential registration HRERA-PKL-SNP-496-2023 on 25 September 2023. Hearings in 2025 dealt with converting one plot into a villa and with the design of a small commercial site of about 0.34 acres; a separate registration, HRERA-PKL-SNP-701-2025, was approved on 22 May 2025 for Eldeco Amaya Commercial. Listing portals describe a gated community of about 14.21 acres with roughly 253 units, mostly plots of about 107 to 177 square yards, together with some 3 BHK built homes of about 1,161 to 1,798 sq ft. Square Yards showed a starting price of about Rs 1.54 crore plus charges and a possession target of May 2028. An environment clearance agenda from 2023 records review of the plotted colony, including a revenue road question. Buyers should check the approved layout and any revisions, the completion date on the HRERA portal and which registration their unit falls under.

Eldeco Infrastructure and Properties Limited (EIPL) is unlisted and was incorporated in 2000 for NCR and wider North India. Sources differ on headquarters. A HARERA project filing gives EIPL's registered address as Jasola District Centre, New Delhi. Business Standard calls it a Haryana-based developer. Some portals say Lucknow. The ADiHomes projects below fall under the NCR entity, but the legal seller can differ by project, so check it.
