Eldeco Camelot

Eldeco Camelot is Eldeco's first group housing project in Delhi, on Plot 3753 in Pocket A2 of Dwarka Sector 17. It was registered with Delhi RERA as DLRERA2026P0002 in January 2026 under Eldeco Green Park Infrastructure. The record lists a freehold plot of about 7,420 sq m, 313 parking spaces and an end date of November 2030, and its unit table shows three-bedroom flats of about 134 sq m carpet and four-bedroom flats of about 162 sq m. Portal coverage describes two towers of stilt plus 20 floors with about 95 flats, two or three per floor, servant rooms, and a clubhouse of about 26,000 sq ft over the lower floors. Square Yards listed prices of about Rs 6.7 to 7.5 crore when we checked in October 2026, and a buying-group site quoted about Rs 26,500 per sq ft before the launch. Dwarka Sector 17 is in the newer part of the sub-city near the Dwarka Expressway, the convention centre and the airport, and private group housing plots here are rare since most Dwarka housing is DDA or society flats. Confirm the payment plan, the exact carpet area and the final unit count in the allotment letter.
