Golf Island is a four-bedroom luxury group housing project on Plot 254 in Dwarka Sector 19B, next to the DDA golf course. It is developed by Garur Enterprises LLP and registered with Delhi RERA as DLRERA2023P0007. The record lists a freehold plot of about 15,430 sq m, approval in March 2023 and an end date of March 2028, and the latest progress entry shows about 60 percent of the work done. Square Yards lists about 198 flats on roughly four acres, all four bedrooms, with sizes of about 3,120 to 3,310 sq ft and prices of around Rs 7.8 to 8.3 crore when we checked in October 2026. Sector 19B has become Dwarka's premium pocket, with DDA's own Golf View Condo luxury flats nearby, and the golf course views are the main draw. The location links to Najafgarh Road, Dwarka's metro network and the Dwarka Expressway toward Gurugram. Because the developer is not a large listed company, ask for the escrow account details, the latest RERA quarterly report and the bank tie-ups before booking.
