Eldeco HiStreet-1

Eldeco HiStreet-1 is a commercial shopping project within the Eldeco County township in Sector 19, on the G.T. Karnal Road side of Sonipat. The HRERA Panchkula record names Maksad Estate and Hardware Limited as promoter, a co-licensee entity linked to the Eldeco development, and lists registration HRERA-PKL-SNP-83-2018 with the registration certificate issued on 18 January 2019; quarterly chartered accountant certificates on the portal quote the registration as dated 21 December 2018. The same certificates give the project area as about 1.17 acres. The project's temporary id on the portal is RERA-PKL-PROJ-307-2018 and its status is shown as approved with certificate uploaded. Eldeco County itself is an older Eldeco township in Sector 19 with villas, row houses, independent floors and plots, which listing portals show as ready to move; the residential parts predate RERA registration in the sources reviewed. Shop sizes, prices and the current leasing or completion status of HiStreet-1 were not published. Buyers or investors should check whether an occupation certificate has been issued and how the shops are being leased or sold.
