Emaar Gurgaon Greens

Emaar Gurgaon Greens is an established group housing project by Emaar (formerly Emaar MGF) in Sector 102, one of the first large condominiums to come up on the Dwarka Expressway side of Gurugram. Buyer agreements from 2013 show the original handover promise of 36 months from the start of construction, and like many projects of that period it ran late, which led to a number of buyer complaints before the Haryana RERA authority. RERA orders record that the developer applied for an occupation certificate around 2018 and later issued offers of possession, and the project is now listed as ready to move by property portals. It was registered with HRERA Gurugram as registration 36(a) of 2017, dated 5 December 2017, and the registration was later extended. Listing portals put the society at about 672 apartments on roughly 13.5 acres, with 3 BHK homes of about 1,650 sq ft and 4 BHK homes of about 3,200 sq ft super area. Sector 102 is well placed for Dwarka, the airport and the Kherki Daula end of NH-48. Buyers on the resale market should check the conveyance deed, OC coverage for their tower and any pending maintenance or delay-compensation disputes.
