FBD One

FBD One is an office project by Realtech Infrastructure Ltd in Sector 37, Faridabad, on the Delhi-Mathura Road near the Sarai and Mohan Estate side of the city. The Haryana RERA portal shows registration HRERA-PKL-FBD-202-2020, issued on 8 June 2020, with the status approved and certificate uploaded. Listing sites describe an IT and IT-enabled services campus of about 8.5 acres with four towers, of which two are said to be operational, and an 875 sq ft office unit priced at about Rs 81.81 lakh. HRERA case lists from 2022 show at least two complaints filed against the promoter in respect of FBD One, which suggests delays or disputes for some buyers; we did not see the outcomes. The project is one of the few large office developments on the Faridabad stretch of Mathura Road, alongside Vatika Mindscapes and the RPS office projects. Investors should check which tower a unit is in, its occupation certificate and the status of the complaints.
