Galleria High Street

Galleria High Street is a commercial mall project by Shree Energy Developers Pvt Ltd in the revenue estate of Bhatola, Sector 82, Greater Faridabad. It is registered with HRERA Panchkula as HRERA-PKL-FBD-217-2020, following an application filed on 14 October 2020 and a hearing on 5 October 2020 that approved issue of the certificate. An architect's certificate on the portal describes a building of basement, lower ground and five upper floors on a plot of about 12,455 square metres, and a quarterly schedule gives a total estimated cost of about Rs 160.6 crore including land, with building plans approved on 21 September 2020. The same schedule recorded that a fire NOC had not yet been applied for. Hearings in 2024 and 2025 dealt with a COVID-related extension and an extension under Section 6 of the RERA Act, so the original completion date has passed. A listing describes the project as a shopping centre combining SCO units and a mall.
