GLS Courtyard is a shop-cum-office plotted colony by GLS Infraprojects Pvt Ltd in the revenue estate of Village Dhorka, Sector 95, New Gurgaon. It was first registered as 38 of 2022 on about 2.96 acres; after DTCP granted an additional licence (145 of 2023) for about 0.88 acre, the project was re-registered as 42 of 2024 (GGM/815/547/2024/42), which now covers about 3.84 acres and 53 plots with a total FAR of roughly 23,295 sq m. The underlying licences are 103 of 2021 and 145 of 2023, and the registration endpoint is 10 July 2028. Filed drawings show several plot types with their own floor plans and elevations, which is typical of SCO projects where owners build shop-and-office blocks of a fixed design. GLS is better known for affordable housing such as its Avenue projects, and the colony is aimed at the daily-needs retail demand of that housing. Prices and plot sizes were not found in public sources.
