Godrej Jardinia

Godrej Jardinia is a residential project by Godrej Properties on plot GH-01B in Sector 146, along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. It sits beside the company's earlier Godrej Tropical Isle and was launched in May 2024, when Godrej reported bookings of about 650 homes worth over Rs 2,000 crore, one of its strongest Noida launches. The UP RERA registration covers about 25,000 sq m, or roughly six acres, with five named towers (Bellavue, Serein, Emperio, Courtyard and Verdure) and a small commercial block. The developer markets 3 and 4 BHK homes. RERA data shows about 320 3 BHK units of around 978 sq ft carpet, a few 2 BHK units and a larger set of homes between about 1,368 and 1,714 sq ft carpet. The theme is a garden estate, with a French-styled clubhouse as the main social space. Godrej's own page gives a starting price of about Rs 4.91 crore and possession in December 2028, which matches the RERA declared completion date. Portal prices are lower or higher depending on when they were updated, so buyers should rely on a written quote from the developer and check the current RERA progress report for the tower they are considering.
