Amadeus is a Saha Groupe luxury society on plot GH-02 in Sector 143, Noida, near the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. The UP RERA registration (UPRERAPRJ9195) is held by Saha Infratech Pvt Ltd. It covers about 3.45 acres with 310 homes in three towers, A, B and C. Units are large. There are 130 three-bedroom homes of about 1,850-2,592 sq ft carpet and 180 four-bedroom homes from about 2,248 sq ft carpet, and portals quote super areas of roughly 2,920 to 4,500 sq ft. The mirror shows the project as completed, with a declared completion date of December 2021. Most portals list it as ready to move, though a few still show older or later possession dates. Two portals quote similar asking prices of about Rs 2.3 crore to Rs 3.6 crore, which works out to roughly Rs 7,900-8,000 per sq ft of super area. With only 310 homes on 3.45 acres, density is lower than in most Expressway societies. Buyers should check the OC and the registry status, and compare recent transaction prices before negotiating.
