About Godrej Retreat
Godrej Retreat is Godrej Properties' first project in Faridabad: a plotted township of about 44 acres in Sector 83, Greater Faridabad, on land the company took over from BPTP in 2020. It was Godrej's first plotted development in the NCR. Housing.com reported about 750 plots, and the project is split into several phases on the Haryana RERA site, including Godrej Retreat Symphony, Orchard, Vibe, Aroma and Vista, all filed in September 2020. Portals quote RERA registrations HRERA-PKL-FBD-213-2020, 214-2020 and 215-2020, without mapping each number to a phase. Listings show plots of around 1,200 sq ft and above, and some pockets are now shown as ready, with buyers building their own homes.
