About Happy Homes Exclusive Phase 2
Happy Homes Exclusive Phase 2 is the second, separately registered phase of Adore Realtech's Happy Homes Exclusive project at Village Budena, Sector 86, Greater Faridabad. Haryana RERA lists it as HRERA-PKL-FBD-127-2019 (project id RERA-PKL-571-2019), approved for registration on 18 June 2019. From December 2024 to August 2025 HRERA heard an application to extend the registration under Section 6 of the RERA Act; those hearings were adjourned, and the latest one we found pointed to a further date in late August 2025, so the current extension status should be checked. Listing portals describe 3 BHK flats of about 810 to 815 sq ft carpet area and show the phase as ready to move. The first phase, Happy Homes Exclusive, has its own registration and is listed separately, as are Adore's older Happy Homes and the newer Prosperity Homes in the same village. Buyers should confirm that their flat falls under the Phase 2 registration and ask for the occupation certificate of the tower.
