Happy Homes Pride is an affordable-format group housing project of Adore Realtech Private Limited at Village Murtzapur, Sector 75, Greater Faridabad. Haryana RERA lists it under project id RERA-PKL-606-2019, approved for registration at a hearing on 19 August 2019, with an extension certificate later uploaded; a listing site gives the registration as HRERA-PKL-FBD-145-2019. Portals describe about 798 flats in 11 towers on about 5.5 acres, with compact 1 BHK and 3 BHK units of about 310 to 645 sq ft carpet area, the size range used under the Haryana Affordable Housing Policy. Listings now show the project as ready to move, although one older page gave a March 2024 possession date. Sector 75 is at the northern end of the Neharpar belt, close to BPTP's Parklands, SLF Anushree and Terra Lavinium, with the Bypass Road and the Sector 75-76 dividing road giving access to the city. Resale buyers in affordable-policy projects should check any lock-in or transfer conditions and the occupation certificate.
