Heritage Ozone Square is a group housing project of Heritage Cottages Private Limited in Sector 89, Greater Faridabad, registered with Haryana RERA as Ozone Square (Zone-E and EWS). The registration is HRERA-PKL-FBD-645-2024, approved on 23 December 2024. Listing portals describe about 200 apartments in 2 and 3 BHK configurations of roughly 1,200 to 1,500 sq ft super area, and one portal gives a possession target of December 2026. Another portal lists the project as ready to move and shows a rental flat on the seventh floor, which may refer to an older completed zone of the same Ozone township; buyers should check which zone a unit belongs to. Heritage Cottages is a Delhi-based developer that also builds in Gurugram. Sector 89 is the southern end of Neharpar, close to Aanandam Residency, Prosper Epic Homes and the Puri and TDI townships. Ask for the HRERA completion date for Zone-E and the occupation certificate status before booking.
