Vasant Valley is a group housing project by HRH City Projects Pvt Ltd in Sector 56A, Faridabad, close to the Ballabhgarh and Sector 55-56 residential pocket. It is registered with HRERA Panchkula as HRERA-PKL-FBD-131-2019, and the portal shows an extension certificate uploaded, so the original completion date was pushed back. Square Yards describes a site of about 6.25 acres with 912 apartments and a starting price of about Rs 31.46 lakh for a 605 sq ft 2 BHK. Houssed lists a 2 BHK with 481 sq ft carpet area at about Rs 19.62 lakh and tags the project as affordable and ready to move. The small carpet sizes and the price band are typical of the Haryana affordable housing policy, but we did not find an official record of its licence category. Ask for the occupation certificate and for the extension order before buying a resale flat.
