Ireo City Central

Ireo City Central is the commercial component of Ireo's Sector 59 development on Golf Course Extension Road, combining retail space with managed serviced apartments. HRERA Gurugram orders say Ireo launched the commercial colony in January 2012 on land in the Ullahawas and Behrampur revenue estates, with a project area of about 3.94 acres under DTCP licence 56 of 2010, which had lapsed by the time of later orders. The project carries RERA registration 102 of 2017 dated 24 August 2017, and in 2024 Ireo submitted a fresh filing on the HRERA portal for the managed serviced apartment part, which the portal shows as approved. Listing portals quote a band of roughly Rs 73 lakh to Rs 4 crore across shops and serviced units. The long timeline and licence renewal history mean buyers should check exactly which component and registration a unit falls under, whether the licence has been renewed, and the current completion schedule. When finished it will serve the Ireo City housing and the offices coming up around Sector 59.
