JMD Regent Square is a completed office tower developed by the JMD group on MG Road, Gurugram, in the DLF Phase 2 belt that falls under Sector 25. Portals describe it as a single Grade A building; one counts 13 floors and another about 14. Regus runs a flexible workspace across levels 5, 6 and 7, offering private offices and coworking desks, while the remaining floors hold corporate tenants and owner-occupiers. Office space is held in strata units, and resale listings show suites of around 700 sq ft and 1,400 sq ft, so smaller investors can buy into the building. The MG Road metro station is roughly half a kilometre away, a big draw for firms whose staff commute from Delhi, and Cyber City is a short drive. The building was finished before RERA and no registration number is listed for it; reliable data on the completion year and total floor area was not found. Some portals mistakenly tag it as a residential project, but every detailed listing treats it as offices. Before buying, check the conveyance deed, occupation certificate, carpet area and maintenance charges, and compare asking prices with newer buildings on the MG Road corridor.
