KLJ The Imperial

KLJ The Imperial is a newer residential project from KLJ in the company's colony at Neemka, Sector 77, Greater Faridabad. The colony already holds KLJ's finished projects such as KLJ Greens and KLJ Platinum Heights, and The Imperial is listed separately from them. Several property portals carry the project and agree that it offers 3 BHK apartments. They disagree on most other points. Two listings give a super area of roughly 955 to 966 sq ft, while another shows a 1,700 sq ft unit. Asking prices range from about Rs 57 lakh to Rs 1.45 crore depending on the portal, so we have not published a price. Handover dates are also inconsistent, with one portal saying October 2028, another November 2031, and a third November 2039. One listing site gives the RERA registration as HRERA-PKL-FBD-594-2024, but we could not open the HRERA Panchkula portal to confirm it. Until the registration certificate, approved plans and a firm completion date are available, treat this as a preliminary listing. Buyers should get the registration number, carpet area and committed possession date in writing from KLJ before paying any booking amount.
