Krisumi Waterside Residences The Forest Reserve is the latest set of phases in Krisumi City, the Indo-Japanese township in Sector 36A that Krisumi Corporation is building with Japan's Sumitomo group. Launched in 2025, it extends the existing Waterside Residences neighbourhood with towers set around a forest-themed landscape, continuing the township's emphasis on Japanese design, earthquake-resilient construction and large green areas. Haryana RERA has registered two parts: The Forest Reserve under registration 47 of 2025 dated 2 May 2025, covering two towers with 298 residential units, and The Forest Reserve-II under registration 48 of 2025, whose report lists 244 residential units on about 1.3 acres. Portals show the project under construction with possession indicated around mid-2031. Krisumi City already has the Waterfall Residences in occupation and the Waterfall Suites and earlier Waterside towers under way, so buyers here join a township that is gradually filling in. Sector 36A sits at the southern end of the Dwarka Expressway, close to NH-48, the Kherki Daula toll area and Manesar, and near the proposed Global City business district.
