M3M Forestia East I

M3M Forestia East I is the companion phase to Forestia West inside Gurgaon International City, the integrated township that M3M India Infrastructures is developing across Sectors M9, M10 and M11 of the Manesar master plan. The township is licensed under DTCP licence 168 of 2025, issued in September 2025, and mixes industrial plots with group housing pockets. East I was registered separately with HRERA Gurugram on 21 January 2026 under number GGM/1035/767/2026/07, with six towers on record and a registration period that runs to 30 June 2034. The filed drawings show stilt-level parking and tower blocks B1 to B6. The registration certificate lists 872 homes, and Square Yards shows the phase on about 6.46 acres with 3 BHK units of roughly 1,850 to 1,900 sq ft priced from about Rs 2.5 crore; carpet areas are not published, so buyers should take sizes from the allotment documents. Because East I and West I are separate registrations, each with its own escrow and timeline, the RERA number printed on the application form should match the phase being booked. As with any launch in a new township, the pace of roads, water, sewer and social infrastructure across the wider colony will shape how liveable the phase is at handover, so it is worth asking for the external services schedule.
