Ompee Tower

Ompee Tower is a compact single-tower housing project on group housing plot GH-36 in Sector 1 of IMT Manesar, the HSIIDC industrial township on NH-48 in Gurugram district. Ompee Construction registered it with HRERA Gurugram on 16 October 2023 under registration GGM/749/481/2023/93, and the RERA mirror shows the record as approved with the certificate uploaded and the registration valid until 7 August 2028. Listing portals describe a high-rise of about 60 homes on roughly 0.89 acres, built mainly as 3 BHK apartments with a super area of about 1,170 sq ft; one portal also mentions 2 BHK units. NoBroker gives a carpet area of about 737 sq ft for the 3 BHK, which is a low share of the super area, so buyers should ask for the RERA carpet figure in writing. Two portals quote prices of about Rs 1.40 to 1.47 crore, while another shows Rs 2 crore onwards. Possession is listed between March and August 2028. The project mainly suits people who work in the Manesar industrial belt and want to live close to their workplace, with the KMP Expressway interchange and NH-48 nearby.
