M3M Sierra 68

M3M Sierra 68 is a mid-segment housing block by M3M India in Sector 68, Gurugram, close to Sohna Road and the Southern Peripheral Road. M3M launched it in 2016 with 2 BHK and 2 BHK plus study homes, aimed at end users who wanted a branded address at a lower ticket size than the group's luxury projects. Sierra is part of a larger licensed site in Sector 68 that also contains M3M Marina and M3M Natura, and all three are covered by a single HRERA Gurugram registration, 57(A) of 2017 dated 17 August 2017. A project report filed with the authority describes four Sierra towers of ground plus 14 floors within a ten-tower layout.
