Where Sector 68 is and how it is laid out

Sector 68 is a residential sector in Gurugram, Haryana (PIN 122101), on the Sohna Road side of the city. Nearby sectors include 67, 69, 70, 70A and Badshahpur. Sohna Road itself runs from near Rajiv Chowk to Sohna town and passes through many sectors, including 47 to 50, 56, 65, 68, 69 and 70.

The sector is mostly high-rise gated societies, and 2 and 3 BHK flats are the common home types. Some projects are reached through Aklimpur-Tikli Marg. Airia Mall sits inside the sector.

On ADiHomes as of October 2026, Sector 68 has 7 live projects. The median asking price is ₹13,499 per sq ft, taken from 5 properties. By status, 6 are ready to move and 1 is under construction. Connectivity

Roads

Sohna Road is the main spine. The Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) is a roughly 16 km route linking Golf Course Extension Road, Sohna Road and NH-48, and it passes through sectors 68 to 71. The Sohna Elevated Corridor is a 21.65 km, six-lane road from Rajiv Chowk to K.R. Mangalam University in Sohna. It opened fully on 11 July 2022. Local portals say Sohna Road is still congested at peak hours.

Metro and rail

There is no metro station inside Sector 68, and resident reviews mention this. One portal lists the nearest operating Rapid Metro stations as Sector 55-56 (about 7 km) and Sector 54 Chowk (about 7.75 km). A developer page puts HUDA City Centre on the Yellow Line at about 14 km. These are portal estimates, so test the real drive at your commute hours. I could not verify a nearby railway station distance.

Airport

Portals disagree on the distance to Delhi's IGI Airport, from about 25 km to about 43 km. Check travel time on a map app for the hour you would actually travel.

Schools, hospitals and shopping

Schools. Listings show DAV Public School (Uppal Southend) at about 2.6 km, ODM International School at about 2.8 km and Ryan International (Bhondsi) at about 3 km. Kamla International is about 3.9 km away, Delhi Public School's primary section about 5 km, and Amity Global School about 5.6 km. Reviews are mixed on whether the sector has enough good schools. Visit the ones you shortlist and ask about seat availability.

Hospitals. Smaller facilities are close by. Kamal Hospital and Maternity Centre is about 0.4 km away and Sona Devi Memorial Hospital about 1.3 km. Shri Sai Hospital is on Sohna Road at Badshahpur. Larger hospitals are further out: Park Hospital at roughly 4 to 5 km, CK Birla Hospital at about 4.6 km and Artemis at about 6.5 km. Medanta is also commonly named as serving the area. Confirm emergency and ICU capability before relying on any of them.

Shopping. Airia Mall is about 0.5 km away. Raheja Mall is about 4.4 km, and Omaxe City Centre and Sapphire are listed within about 4 km.

Civic matters to check

Water and power. I found no official, sector-level data on water supply hours or outages. Resident reviews contradict each other. Some praise water availability nearby, while others mention weak street lighting, dust from construction and waterlogging at one society. Ask each society about its water source, sewage connection, power backup and maintenance record, and speak to current residents.

Approvals. Check each project's registration on the Haryana RERA website, along with the licence and occupation certificate. For example, a portal lists Supertech Hues under RERA registration 182 of 2017. Verify this on the official site rather than relying on a portal.

Litigation and stalled projects. I found no verified report of a stalled project or court case specific to Sector 68. This does not mean none exists. Supertech, which has a Sector 68 presence, has 16 incomplete projects in other places before the Supreme Court, including Hilltown in Gurugram. That is a different project. Search the court and RERA records for the developer and project you are considering.

Circle rates. One broker report says circle rates in sectors 68 to 72 rose by up to 45% in April 2026. I could not confirm this from an official notification, so check it before budgeting for stamp duty.

Infrastructure underway or planned

• Sohna Elevated Corridor: completed and open since 11 July 2022.
• Elevated link from Vatika Chowk to the Dwarka Expressway cloverleaf on SPR: administrative approval is reported at about ₹750 crore. One source says no completion date has been published, so treat it as approved but not delivered.
• Metro from Sector 56 to Pachgaon: a broker source describes a 35.2 km line with 28 stations and a double-decker viaduct over SPR, in the execution phase as of 2026. I could not confirm this from an official source or find a verified opening date, so do not plan around it.
• Faridabad-Gurugram metro link: Wikipedia lists Vatika Chowk on Sohna Road among its planned Gurugram stations. I could not confirm its current status.

Who it suits and what to check before buying

The sector may suit buyers who want an apartment on the Sohna Road and SPR side of Gurugram and can manage without a nearby metro. Suitable buyers include families, and people who drive to Golf Course Road, Udyog Vihar or Cyber City. Portals put these hubs roughly 15 to 17 km away. • Drive the route to your workplace at peak hours, on a weekday.
• Verify RERA registration, completion status and the occupation certificate.
• Ask the society about water, power backup, dues and maintenance charges.
• Look for waterlogging after rain and for road and street-light condition.
• Check circle rates and the full cost, including charges beyond the base price.
• Treat metro and road projects as uncertain until they open.
