Magnum Business District

Magnum Business District is an IT park project in Sector 74, Gurugram, on the Southern Peripheral Road, developed by Galaxy Magnum Projects. The land is held under DTCP licence 90 of 2011, originally granted to a group of landowners, and DTCP approved Galaxy Magnum as the new developer in January 2025. Building plans were approved in July 2025, the RERA application was filed in August 2025, and HRERA Gurugram granted registration 93 of 2025, numbered GGM/990/722/2025/93, on 16 October 2025. The certificate describes an IT park colony of about 14.5 acres with three towers and 168 units. Sector 74 sits on the southern stretch of the SPR, close to NH-48 and the housing clusters of Sectors 69 to 75, which gives office users a large residential catchment nearby. Because the project is at an early stage, unit sizes, pricing, leasing terms and the completion date were not available in sources reviewed. Investors should check the registered completion date, the approved use of each unit and any assured-return claims carefully before committing money.
