Mahindra Luminare is Mahindra Lifespaces' luxury apartment project in Sector 59 (Village Behrampur) on Golf Course Extension Road. HRERA Gurugram lists Luminare Phase 1 under registration 47 of 2017, dated 26 October 2017, and a buyer complaint order refers to a second registration, 42 of 2017, for the other phase; a portal also mentions a third registration from 2022, which could not be confirmed. Listings agree on a three-tower layout on around 7 acres with wraparound balconies and a club with spa and pool, but they disagree on the number of homes, quoting anywhere between about 360 and 500. Homes are large 3 and 4 BHK apartments with some penthouses. Status is mixed: one portal says two towers are ready and occupied while the third is still being built, and others list completion dates between August 2026 and 2028. A complaint order has also raised questions about occupation-certificate terms. Buyers should therefore confirm which tower and phase a unit is in, whether that tower has its OC, and the RERA-committed date for any remaining construction.
