The fee calculation in the project preview shows a total of about 6.531 for the land-use breakdown, read here as acres, covering residential area along with parks, a community-services site and a commercial site. That mix is typical of a small licensed plotted colony, which is how the record is classed, although plot sizes and count were not published. The promoter's registered office is in South Delhi. Sector 41 sits just beyond the sector range usually counted as central Sonipat and close to the newer master plan sectors towards the south.
