MRG Crown

MRG Crown is an affordable low-rise housing project by MRG World in Sector 106, developed under Haryana's Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY) plotted colony policy. Instead of high-rise towers, the scheme consists of stilt-plus-four-floor residential buildings on individual plots, a format that gives buyers independent-floor style homes at lower price points than the luxury condominiums that dominate this sector. The project is registered with Haryana RERA under registration 50 of 2023 dated 29 March 2023, and the registration has been amended twice: once in 2023 when the saleable unit count was cut from 436 to 327, and again in December 2024 when it was restored to 436. A further registration (40 of 2025) covers additional S+4 floors on six plots in the same licensed colony. RERA records give 15 November 2027 as the completion date. Portals show the project as under construction. For buyers, the appeal is a Sector 106 address, close to Sobha, Godrej and Elan projects, at a far lower ticket size, but they should verify which registration their unit falls under.
