About MRG The Skyline
MRG The Skyline is an affordable group housing project by MRG World in Sector 106, built under Haryana's Affordable Housing Policy on about 10 acres in village Babupur near the Dwarka Expressway. Announced as the developer's fourth project, it was planned with 1,334 compact homes and an investment of about Rs 350 crore, with launch prices starting around Rs 25 lakh under the government-fixed rate structure. A notable selling point at launch was that allottees would get a car parking space, which is not standard in affordable schemes. The Haryana RERA authority heard the registration application of The Skyline-106 in 2021 under the name of MRG Castle Realty LLP. Listings now show two-bedroom units of about 720 to 730 sq ft carpet as ready to move, and resale asking prices have risen to roughly Rs 70 lakh to Rs 80 lakh, reflecting price growth in the sector. Sector 106 also has MRG's DDJAY project MRG Crown, as well as luxury projects by Sobha, Godrej and Elan. Affordable housing units may carry transfer conditions, so resale buyers should check these with the developer.
